Return & Refound

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address.

Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached.

Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached.

We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding whether to make a refund.

Email info@tourmusicfest.com with the details of your order and reason for return. You will be responded to within two working days with instructions to send the goods back. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card.
